genuine question about protein that I am slightly embarrassed to ask
Right, the protein question again, but with numbers this time.
I have 15 data points over 38 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it is chance, and boring enough that nobody is going to screenshot it, which is usually a good sign.
The thing I would flag for anyone new: the effect I am describing showed up at week 92, not week 46. People give up long before the interesting part.
Interested in whether this matches other people's logs or whether I am an outlier.
best — the order this archive was captured in

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.
The constipation was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.

Disagree on that part. 95.1% and 96.2% on the same vial is normal.
Slight fix: the number was 98.7, not 98.7. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
Strongly agree. Resistance training counts.
What was the batch number and which service?
resistance training is sarcopenia not optional
The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.

Came off after 51 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.
Not to be pedantic but resistance training and protein are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Disagree on that part. 98.4% and 98.3% on the same vial is normal.
rapid loss plus no protein equals muscle loss
How many weeks between the two measurements?
