[Results] 16 weeks on 1.7mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring
Trying to settle this properly because the thread from last year went in circles.
The claim: resistance training matters. The counter-claim: it is measurement error. Both sides have been asserting it confidently for about 5 months without either producing anything.
What would actually settle it is 39 people measuring the same thing the same way. I have started; my numbers are below. They lean one way but not strongly enough for me to declare victory.
If you have data, post the data. If you have an opinion, flair it as an opinion.
best — the order this archive was captured in
What are you comparing it against though?
This is correct. DEXA is the standard.
Has anyone actually got this in writing, or is it forum lore at this point?
FFMI tracking requires body composition
DEXA twice yearly is the pattern
Strongly agree. Resistance training counts.
Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.
The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.
DEXA twice yearly is the pattern
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.

rapid loss plus no protein equals muscle loss

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
Second this question. I have wondered about FFMI for 18 months and never seen a straight answer.
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
