[Discussion] DEXA is doing more work than we give it credit for

Discussion Cold Box ×8 Clean Column ×3

Week 95 update. 31kg down from the start, muscle cramps basically gone since about week 40.

Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with muscle cramps.

The part that surprised me is how much of this is admin. Ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody mentions that the hard bit is not the drug, it is the routine.

Happy to answer anything. Please do not ask me what dose you should be on.

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

Genuine question — what concentration were you at?

Second this question. I have wondered about resistance training for 3 months and never seen a straight answer.

Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.

Small correction: the trial was 17 weeks, not 21. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

DEXA twice yearly is the pattern

The muscle cramps was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.

FFMI tracking requires body composition

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

rapid loss plus no protein equals muscle loss
