comment on weekly dosing is the most under-discussed thing in c/labresults in c/semaglutide · -31 points · 8 months ago
This matches my experience almost exactly on the Ozempic pens. The titration is the whole point.

packaging quality matters on the 24-hour segments

Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 24–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.
comment on the CGM question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/t2dglp1 · 11 points · 9 months ago
glycaemic control first, that is the original indication
comment on week 56 check-in — 31kg down, muscle cramps manageable, one thing confusing me in c/semaglutide · 37 points · 9 months ago
Cosigning. The slow route gets the outcome, the fast route gets you the side effects.
comment on small win: titration stopped being a problem at week 41 in c/semaglutide · 28 points · 10 months ago
Tried the split-dose thing for 23 weeks.
Disagree on that part. 98.7% and 99.3% on the same vial is normal.
comment on [PSA] glycaemic control is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/t2dglp1 · 26 points · 11 months ago
Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.
comment on tried reship for 19 weeks. here is what happened. in c/intlshipping · 8 points · 11 months ago
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring Wegovy at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/semaglutide · 183 points · 12 months ago
Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.

pens are overpriced, research vials are research grade, same molecule different price
comment on does CGM actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/t2dglp1 · 5 points · 12 months ago
Not to be pedantic but hypoglycaemia and T2D are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
comment on help me understand plateau, I have read the wiki twice in c/semaglutide · 12 points · 1 year ago
nope, 0.25 counts, it is just not the dose most people stay on
comment on stalled for 23 weeks at 2.4mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/semaglutide · -17 points · 1 year ago
How long were you at 2.4mg before you moved up?

no tracking numbers, no full addresses, no label photos — instant removal

Strongly agree. Customs adds unpredictable delay.
comment on tried SURPASS for 11 weeks. here is what happened. in c/trialwatch · 1 points · 1 year ago
the discontinuation arms are the interesting part, not the TRIUMPH endpoints
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
comment on what would you tell week-1 you about hazard ratio in c/trialwatch · 44 points · 1 year ago
STEP, SURMOUNT, SURPASS, SELECT, FLOW, TRIUMPH — read the appendix
