Yeah, the lane data is more useful than single reports.

week 2 on the pen, 5kg down, this is the answer
comment on week 2 and literally nothing has happened, is this normal in c/semaglutide · 6 points · 7 days ago
Small correction: the trial was 5 weeks, not 4. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
comment on [Press Release] new phase 3 numbers, no publication yet, calm down in c/trialwatch · 19 points · 7 days ago
Slight fix: the number was 96.8, not 98.0. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
comment on [PSA] 0.25 for four weeks is not a suggestion, it is the whole plan in c/semaglutide · 29 points · 7 days ago
week 4 on the pen, 32kg down, this is the answer

This is correct. Hypo risk is real.
comment on [Results] 61 weeks, 34kg, one very boring spreadsheet in c/semaglutide · 28 points · 12 days ago
How long were you at 0.25mg before you moved up?
Disagree on that part. 98.1% and 98.9% on the same vial is normal.
comment on [Lane Report] Tianjin → Canada, 14 days, two of three vials cracked in c/intlshipping · -20 points · 17 days ago
customs clearance often adds 9 days, factor that in
comment on [Titration] stayed at 0.5 for eleven weeks and it was the right call in c/semaglutide · 18 points · 17 days ago
Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about T2D until somebody posts a number in c/t2dglp1 · 11 points · 18 days ago
hypoglycaemia risk when stacked with metformin
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

the reship outcome is data worth posting
comment on [Results] 47 weeks, 36kg, and SURPASS was the hard part in c/trialwatch · 1 points · 25 days ago
the discontinuation arms are the interesting part, not the SURMOUNT endpoints
comment on sunday night injection, 61 weeks straight, ask me anything boring in c/semaglutide · 1 points · 27 days ago
Is that purity or net peptide content? They are not the same number.
comment on [Results] 12 weeks, 35kg, and FLOW was the hard part in c/trialwatch · 9 points · 1 months ago
phase 2 is not phase 3, smaller n and shorter trial

Stalled at 12.5mg, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 5. Very nearly went up. Glad I did not.

The thing nobody prepared me for was that the appetite does not come back for a long time after you stop.
