[Discussion] we are measuring T2D at the wrong time and calling it noise
Posting this because I searched for it and got nothing useful.
Setup: 2.5mg, week 42, sulphur burps present but not ruining anything. I changed exactly one variable — metformin — and tracked it for 24 weeks.
Result: a difference, but a small one, and well inside what I would call noise if someone else posted it. So I am putting it here rather than presenting it as a finding. If two or three other people have done the same thing we might actually learn something.
Not medical advice, obviously. This is one person with a spreadsheet.

Sweden here. Waited 2 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

Slight fix: the number was 99.2, not 99.1. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
The the food-noise thing was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.
Did anything else change in the same window?

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.
