and the "bad vial" worry is extremely common at exactly this point. if it were a bad vial you would still expect something at week four or five, which is when it is worth asking again.

fair, I was talking about internal framing/sidebar copy more than the literal community name, should've been clearer about that distinction

worth separating two things: the starting dose is genuinely low relative to the maintenance range, but "doesn't count" is a bad way to say that. it's doing the job it's supposed to do, which isn't weight loss yet.
