what changed for me between week 10 and week 59

Discussion Receipts ×6 Well Actually ×1 Clean Column ×1

Been lurking in c/progresspics for about 14 months and finally have something worth posting.

Short version: week 15, 0.5mg, and TRIUMPH is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 37 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle.

What I actually want to know is whether the people saying it does not matter have measured it, or whether it is just repeated confidently. Happy to be told I am overthinking this — I probably am — but I would rather overthink it now than at week 9.

Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.

This is correct. Triple agonism is genuinely different.

retatrutide is not approved anywhere for human use, posts must not read as instructions

Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.

This is an urgent-care question wearing a forum question's clothes. Please contact a clinician rather than waiting for replies.

heart rate and dose escalation need actual measurements, not impressions

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.

The heart rate signal in TRIUMPH is real and concerning. Higher doses had higher mean HR changes.

Dose escalation on retatrutide is steeper and faster than on semaglutide. Do not assume the titration patterns transfer.

The evidence standard in c/vendorvetting gets called too strict about once a month, and every time, the thread ends with the complainant agreeing.

research use only, handling and analysis, not protocols

Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.

Mechanistically the bit that matters is triple agonist. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.

This is correct.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 81 weeks to accept.

That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.

triple agonism is glucagon, do not generalise

Did you actually measure heart rate or is that a feeling?

About c/retatrutide

Retatrutide: GIP/GLP-1/glucagon triple agonism, the TRIUMPH programme, and the fact that most people discussing it are handling research-grade material with no human-use approval anywhere. Dose-response, heart-rate signal, and the unusually steep phase-2 weight curves get argued about here weekly.

Several compounds discussed on GLP Research Hub are sold for research use only and are not approved for human use anywhere. Nothing here is medical advice and none of it is written by your clinician. If a post reads like an instruction, treat it as a description of what one stranger did.
