[PSA] 0.25 for four weeks is not a suggestion, it is the whole plan
Confession thread, sort of. I went from 7.5mg to 2.4mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 14 weeks…

Maintenance for 5 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.
