genuine question about sarcopenia that I am slightly embarrassed to ask

Results Receipts ×3 Cold Box ×1

Right, the protein question again, but with numbers this time.

I have 21 data points over 36 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it is chance, and boring enough that nobody is going to screenshot it, which is usually a good sign.

The thing I would flag for anyone new: the effect I am describing showed up at week 14, not week 63. People give up long before the interesting part.

Interested in whether this matches other people's logs or whether I am an outlier.

This is correct. DEXA is the standard.

Slight fix: the number was 97.6, not 98.6. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

This is an urgent-care question wearing a forum question's clothes. Please contact a clinician rather than waiting for replies.

Strongly agree. Resistance training counts.

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.

Week 47 for me and the honest summary is: 44kg down, fatigue manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

DEXA twice yearly is the pattern

Disagree on that part. 99.3% and 93.7% on the same vial is normal.

Slight fix: the number was 96.2, not 96.8. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

Crossposting this to c/bpc157 because the people who need it are not reading this community.

DEXA is the real measurement

The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.

yep. 29 weeks in, same.

Which country? Half the answers in this thread only apply in the Netherlands.

Second this question. I have wondered about FFMI for 21 months and never seen a straight answer.

Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
