name your province, coverage is provincial
comment on amylin is not a GLP-1 and the co-agonism story is more interesting than the weight number in c/cagrilintide · 5 points · 1 days ago
Strongly agree. REDEFINE is phase 10, not final.

REDEFINE phase 5 readouts are interesting but 5 person amylin is different from 5 trial amylin.

The satiety on amylin analogs is described as physically different. GLP-1 reduces appetite noise, amylin does satiety.

comment on [Vendor] BCH sent the wrong compound and fixed it in 48 hours in c/vendorvetting · 1 points · 12 days ago
Is that a PeptideMeter result or are you quoting the vendor COA?

What are you comparing it against though?
comment on [Vendor] CPC — 2001 establishment date checks out against the company registry in c/vendorvetting · 54 points · 22 days ago
Small correction: the trial was 12 weeks, not 30. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
comment on small win: satiety stopped being a problem at week 75 in c/cagrilintide · 1 points · 1 months ago
Slight fix: the number was 99.1, not 99.2. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
comment on [Vendor] MKM communication is slow but the material has been fine in c/vendorvetting · 1 points · 1 months ago
vendor staff must self-identify, full stop
Disagree on that part. 93.7% and 99.3% on the same vial is normal.

Went through three vendors to find one that actually ships on-time and tests clean. The answer was SWB.

Slight fix: the number was 97.4, not 97.2. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
comment on what would you tell week-1 you about formulary in c/glp1canada · 3 points · 1 months ago
Yeah, the Netherlands coverage is not the Netherlands coverage.
Genuinely asking, not being difficult. Everyone in c/glp1muscle repeats that Medutest is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I…
comment on switched from 0.25mg to 1.7mg and the fatigue got better, not worse in c/glp1canada · 24 points · 1 months ago
Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.
comment on 17 months in and Canada is still the thing I get wrong in c/glp1canada · 1 points · 1 months ago
Maintenance for 13 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.

Ireland here. Waited 6 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.
