Asked 19 compounders about API source. One told me, one dodged, one said they cannot say. The answer is the signal.

Mechanistically the bit that matters is TRIUMPH. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.

the glucagon component changes the side effect profile, not just the efficacy

comment on [Question] New Zealand — has anyone got a straight answer on dose escalation in c/retatrutide · -36 points · 1 year ago

Research use material only, no human-use approval anywhere.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 3 weeks to accept.

Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.

comment on nobody warned me about fatigue and I would have liked the warning in c/sideeffects · 50 points · 1 year ago

Resting heart rate up 5 bpm from baseline, settled back down once I stopped escalating. Tracked daily so I am confident.

Strongly agree. The dispute resolved and the record stayed updated.

The heart rate signal in TRIUMPH is real and concerning.

Disagree on that part. 93.7% and 99.3% on the same vial is normal.
