Week 3 for me and the honest summary is: 33kg down, fatigue manageable, and the quiet happened around week 4.
comment on switched from 1.0mg to 2.5mg and the fatigue got better, not worse in c/retatrutide · 25 points · 2 years ago
Yeah, phase 2 retatrutide is interesting but it is not comparable to phase 3 compounds.
comment on is it normal to get the food-noise thing at week 15 in c/retatrutide · 1 points · 2 years ago
research use only, handling and analysis, not protocols
Disagree on that part. 99.2% and 99.3% on the same vial is normal.

nobody should be giving this to anyone without extensive monitoring

no tracking numbers, no full addresses, no label photos — instant removal

Right, and the corollary is that stopping escalation does not reset your tolerance, it just pauses the clock.

my triglycerides moved before the scale did and i nearly missed it
comment on what would you tell week-1 you about food noise in c/semaglutide · 0 points · 2 years ago
Yeah, 30 weeks on 12.5mg, same pattern, same timing.
comment on [Lab] SSA sema — Medutest came back 97.4% against a claimed 96.2% in c/semaglutide · 14 points · 2 years ago
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.
comment on does lyophilised actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/coldchain · 83 points · 2 years ago
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.
comment on SELECT is the most under-discussed thing in c/bloodwork in c/trialwatch · 71 points · 2 years ago
Small correction: the trial was 15 weeks, not 21. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
comment on my eGFR moved and I cannot work out whether lyophilised is why in c/coldchain · 114 points · 2 years ago
Customs clearance took 19 days. Package sat unrefrigerated during that. Powder tested clean after, reconstituted solution probably would not have.

Did you actually measure heart rate or is that a feeling?

Are you on a pen or research vial? Because the trajectory is different.
