pens are overpriced, research vials are research grade, same molecule different price
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Strongly agree. If it is not working at 5mg after 76 weeks, going up is not automatically the answer.

Is that purity or net peptide content? They are not the same number.

Tried the split-dose thing for 16 weeks. Felt slightly smoother, lost at exactly the same rate. Went back to weekly.

My the food-noise thing was worst at 0.5mg and better at 10mg, which makes no sense and I have stopped trying to explain it.

Spain to Spain: 15 days with SWB and 26 days with MKM. Same route, different carriers, variance is real.

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

retatrutide is not approved anywhere for human use, posts must not read as instructions
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 21 weeks to accept.

Week 79 for me and the honest summary is: 9kg down, sulphur burps manageable, and the quiet happened around week 12.

Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

The thing nobody prepared me for was that the appetite does not come back for a long time after you stop.

Small correction: the trial was 14 weeks, not 17. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

TRIUMPH phase 2 showed 99.0% weight loss but the nausea profile on the highest arm was rough. Phase 2 != phase 3.
