what would you tell week-1 you about food noise
Been lurking in c/dosinglogs for about 22 months and finally have something worth posting.
Short version: week 48, 0.5mg, and titration is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 13 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle.
What I actually want to know is whether the people saying it does not matter have measured it, or whether it is just repeated confidently. Happy to be told I am overthinking this — I probably am — but I would rather overthink it now than at week 42.
best — the order this archive was captured in
This is what I tell everyone in c/newbiequestions and they never believe me until week 75.
Week 42 for me and the honest summary is: 18kg down, sulphur burps manageable, and the quiet happened around week 23.
nope, 0.25 counts, it is just not the dose most people stay on
Yeah, 30 weeks on 12.5mg, same pattern, same timing.
week 30 on the pen, 23kg down, this is the answer
the quiet is real. the food noise just stops.
Flair changed to match the content. Read the sidebar before posting next time and we are square.
week 35 and i am still not at maintenance, do not rush the ladder
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.
okay but what dose of sema are you on
Tried the split-dose thing for 6 weeks. Felt slightly smoother, lost at exactly the same rate. Went back to weekly.
my ApoB moved before the scale did and i nearly missed it
the fatigue passes. i promise. not medical advice.
The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
the constipation passes. i promise. not medical advice.
Crossposting this to c/researchpeptides because the people who need it are not reading this community.

pens are overpriced, research vials are research grade, same molecule different price
pens are overpriced, research vials are research grade, same molecule different price
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
okay but what dose of sema are you on
Right, and the corollary is that stopping escalation does not reset your tolerance, it just pauses the clock.
titration speed is Ozempic plus side effects, period
