I did the fast version. 2.4mg to 2.5mg in 15 weeks. Spent a weekend learning why the schedule exists.
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

Right, and the corollary is that stopping escalation does not reset your tolerance, it just pauses the clock.
