[Lab] SSA reta — Medutest came back 97.4% against a claimed 96.2%
phase 2. That is the whole post, but I will justify it.
Everything else people worry about in c/glp1women is downstream of it. Titration speed, early fullness, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort phase 2 out first, and almost nobody does.
I say this having got it wrong for 10 months. My A1c was the thing that eventually made me pay attention, which is a stupid way to learn a lesson that was in the sidebar the whole time.
best — the order this archive was captured in
the weight curves are unusually steep, which makes predicting individual response harder
Did you actually measure heart rate or is that a feeling?
The heart rate signal in TRIUMPH is real and concerning. Higher doses had higher mean HR changes.
triple agonism plus glucagon is a different physiological state than GIP/GLP-1 dual
Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with retatrutide, not with what you concluded.

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.

retatrutide is not approved anywhere for human use, posts must not read as instructions
The glucagon component does different things than dual agonism. The injection-site soreness are not just amplified versions.
Slight fix: the number was 99.0, not 98.9. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

Disagree on that part. 93.7% and 99.3% on the same vial is normal.
Strongly agree. Heart rate escalation needs the actual data, not impressions.

the dosing is steep, the constipation reports are real, and nobody knows the human safety yet
triple agonism is glucagon, do not generalise

Not to be pedantic but triple agonist and dose escalation are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
Are you quoting phase 2 or is there phase 3 data now?

I am going to push back on this slightly.

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.
triple agonism is glucagon, do not generalise
phase 2 numbers are not maintenance numbers, cite the trial
