tried phase 2 for 12 weeks. here is what happened.
Right, the triple agonist question again, but with numbers this time.
I have 11 data points over 38 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it is chance, and boring enough that nobody is going to screenshot it, which is usually a good sign.
The thing I would flag for anyone new: the effect I am describing showed up at week 4, not week 53. People give up long before the interesting part.
Interested in whether this matches other people's logs or whether I am an outlier.
best — the order this archive was captured in
Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.
Yeah, phase 2 retatrutide is interesting but it is not comparable to phase 3 compounds.
triple agonism plus glucagon is a different physiological state than GIP/GLP-1 dual
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
Research use material only, no human-use approval anywhere. Posts must describe what happened, not instruct strangers.
The heart rate signal in TRIUMPH is real and concerning. Higher doses had higher mean HR changes.

Did you actually measure heart rate or is that a feeling?
the weight curves are unusually steep, which makes predicting individual response harder
Slight fix: the number was 96.8, not 97.2. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.
the dosing is steep, the sulphur burps reports are real, and nobody knows the human safety yet
Are you quoting phase 2 or is there phase 3 data now?
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.
heart rate and dose escalation need actual measurements, not impressions
the 2.5mg arm is different from 5mg, results do not transfer
Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.
