ACHIEVE — my 19-week log, condensed into one table

Trial Data Clean Column ×5

ACHIEVE. That is the whole post, but I will justify it.

Everything else people worry about in c/bpc157 is downstream of it. Titration speed, muscle cramps, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort ACHIEVE out first, and almost nobody does.

I say this having got it wrong for 9 months. My hs-CRP was the thing that eventually made me pay attention, which is a stupid way to learn a lesson that was in the sidebar the whole time.

Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.

This is correct. ATTAIN data is phase 2.

This is correct.

Adding to this: oral GLP-1 is doing more work than the comment implies.

Which country? Half the answers in this thread only apply in France.

Yeah, small molecule changes the whole game.

Strongly agree. The supply impact would be huge.

What was the batch number and which service?

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

Yeah, small molecule changes the whole game.

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

Stalled for 10 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 14.

small molecule, not a peptide, purity discussion is different

Ireland here. Waited 3 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.

About c/orforglipron

The small-molecule oral: why a non-peptide agonist escapes the absorption problems of oral semaglutide, what the ATTAIN and ACHIEVE readouts showed, and what a pill with no refrigeration requirement would do to the entire supply conversation this site is built around.
