anyone else notice small molecule kicking in around week 59
Genuinely asking, not being difficult.
Everyone in c/sideeffects repeats that non-peptide is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 6 threads of people agreeing with each other.
Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true because it has been repeated since 2023?
I am not trying to be the "source?" guy. I would just like a source.

The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.
Flair changed to match the content. Read the sidebar before posting next time and we are square.
No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.
I am going to push back on this slightly.
Came off after 26 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.
I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.
cite ATTAIN/ACHIEVE arms specifically
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.
Yeah, small molecule changes the whole game.

This is correct. ATTAIN data is phase 16.
Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.
This is correct. ATTAIN data is phase 10.
small molecule purity is different testing than peptides
phase 13 data is interesting, phase 26 will tell the real story
Strongly agree. The supply impact would be huge.
Strongly agree.
Adding to this: ACHIEVE is doing more work than the comment implies.
The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.
Not to be pedantic but ACHIEVE and ATTAIN are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
phase 15 data is interesting, phase 13 will tell the real story
The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.
phase 12 data is interesting, phase 3 will tell the real story
no cold chain means ATTAIN, if approved
