[Meta] proposal — a flair for orforglipron posts
Trying to settle this properly because the thread from last year went in circles.
The claim: small molecule matters. The counter-claim: it is measurement error. Both sides have been asserting it confidently for about 13 months without either producing anything.
What would actually settle it is 3 people measuring the same thing the same way. I have started; my numbers are below. They lean one way but not strongly enough for me to declare victory.
If you have data, post the data. If you have an opinion, flair it as an opinion.

Small correction: the trial was 22 weeks, not 7. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.
the ACHIEVE is whether this actually works long-term
Yeah, small molecule changes the whole game.

the fatigue profile is speculative at this stage
The fatigue was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.
small molecule purity is different testing than peptides
Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
ATTAIN and ACHIEVE are phase 4 trials
Small correction: the trial was 6 weeks, not 19. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
the UK here. Waited 10 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.
the supply conversation changes if this approves

Adding to this: non-peptide is doing more work than the comment implies.
small molecule purity is different testing than peptides
Not to be pedantic but orforglipron and small molecule are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
What was the batch number and which service?

the absorption problem is solved by non-peptide structure

Strongly agree. The supply impact would be huge.
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.
