what would you tell week-1 you about fertility

Results Receipts ×3 Clean Column ×1

Something I noticed reading old threads that I have not seen said out loud.

The advice on perimenopause in this community changed substantially around the start of last year, and nobody went back and updated the older posts. So depending on which thread the search engine hands you, you get two contradictory answers with the same confidence.

I have listed what I think the current consensus is below. Correct me — that is the point of posting it.

Yeah, insulin resistance is under-researched.

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.

Retitled to remove editorialising. Put the evidence in the body.

Week 49 for me and the honest summary is: 17kg down, reflux manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.

About c/glp1women

The questions the trials under-powered: PCOS and insulin resistance, cycle changes, fertility signal and contraception interactions, perimenopause and menopause weight physiology, and the fact that the pregnancy answer is always "not while trying, talk to your clinician".

  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
