Log Clean Column ×6

Week 10 update. 31kg down from the start, muscle cramps basically gone since about week 50.

Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with muscle cramps.

The part that surprised me is how much of this is admin. Ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody mentions that the hard bit is not the drug, it is the routine.

Happy to answer anything. Please do not ask me what dose you should be on.

Flair changed to match the content. Read the sidebar before posting next time and we are square.

the 43 week mark is where it gets interesting

This is correct. Long-term logs matter.

Yeah, the consistency is the value.

The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.

the people still updating at week 38 are the reward

What are you comparing it against though?

The injection-site soreness was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.

Second this question. I have wondered about weekly update for 10 months and never seen a straight answer.

Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

Ireland here. Waited 19 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

dose, date, weight, waist, nausea, labs

consistency is harder than the dose change

About c/dosinglogs

Public dosing logs kept over months and years: dose, date, weight, waist, side effects, labs. The value is in the boring consistency, so log posts are updated rather than reposted and the community rewards the people still updating at week 90.
