Week 10 update. 31kg down from the start, muscle cramps basically gone since about week 50.
Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with muscle cramps.
The part that surprised me is how much of this is admin. Ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody mentions that the hard bit is not the drug, it is the routine.

The injection-site soreness was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.
Second this question. I have wondered about weekly update for 10 months and never seen a straight answer.
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

Ireland here. Waited 19 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.
