[Discussion] the log advice in here is 19 years out of date
Posting this because I searched for it and got nothing useful.
Setup: 15mg, week 62, sulphur burps present but not ruining anything. I changed exactly one variable — weight — and tracked it for 8 weeks.
Result: a difference, but a small one, and well inside what I would call noise if someone else posted it. So I am putting it here rather than presenting it as a finding. If two or three other people have done the same thing we might actually learn something.
Not medical advice, obviously. This is one person with a spreadsheet.

long-running logs are the value
consistency is harder than the dose change
Yeah, the consistency is the value.
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
include dose and date on every update
Not to be pedantic but waist and log are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
Small correction: the trial was 14 weeks, not 3. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
Which country? Half the answers in this thread only apply in the Netherlands.
update rather than repost, 17 people doing this
Not to be pedantic but dose history and weight are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.
Strongly agree. Update rather than repost.
Flair changed to match the content. Read the sidebar before posting next time and we are square.
Came off after 35 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.
Small correction: the trial was 4 weeks, not 14. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
Second this question. I have wondered about log for 24 months and never seen a straight answer.
Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.
one log per person, update it, do not repost
Small correction: the trial was 4 weeks, not 14.
Disagree on that part. 96.8% and 96.2% on the same vial is normal.
