what would you tell week-1 you about tracking

Concluded Cold Box ×2 Well Actually ×3 Receipts ×1

Been lurking in c/bloodwork for about 8 months and finally have something worth posting.

Short version: week 22, 1.0mg, and weight is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 25 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle.

What I actually want to know is whether the people saying it does not matter have measured it, or whether it is just repeated confidently. Happy to be told I am overthinking this — I probably am — but I would rather overthink it now than at week 16.

This is correct. Long-term logs matter.

About c/dosinglogs

Public dosing logs kept over months and years: dose, date, weight, waist, side effects, labs. The value is in the boring consistency, so log posts are updated rather than reposted and the community rewards the people still updating at week 90.

c/dosinglogs rules
  1. One log per person. Update it; do not repost it.
  2. Include the dose and the date on every update.
  3. Logs that stop for 90 days get the Concluded flair automatically.
  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  8. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
  9. Be recognisably decent. Disagree hard, insult nobody.
