weekly update is the most under-discussed thing in c/intlshipping
Long-ish post, sorry. tl;dr at the bottom.
I have been tracking log against triglycerides for 25 weeks because I could not find anyone who had. The correlation is weaker than I expected, which is itself mildly interesting given how confidently people link the two in here.
Caveats up front: one person, one lab, one assay, no control, and I changed my training in the middle of it, which was stupid.
tl;dr: probably real, definitely smaller than the threads imply, and not worth reorganising your week around.
best — the order this archive was captured in
I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.

the 3 month update is the real test
Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.
Strongly agree. Update rather than repost.
Has anyone actually got this in writing, or is it forum lore at this point?

dose, date, weight, waist, early fullness, labs

Adding to this: tracking is doing more work than the comment implies.

Slight fix: the number was 97.6, not 98.3. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
long-running logs are the value
Stalled for 6 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 37.
What are you comparing it against though?

Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.
include dose and date on every update

consistency is harder than the dose change

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
