comment on the tier 3 thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/glp1uk · 492 points · 1 year ago
pharmacy stock is MHRA, check before traveling
comment on why does nobody talk about UK in c/glp1uk · -12 points · 1 year ago
Yeah, the NHS waitlist is genuinely two years in most places.
comment on anyone else notice 2.4mg kicking in around week 45 in c/semaglutide · 101 points · 1 year ago
I did the fast version. 0.25mg to 0.5mg in 23 weeks. Spent a weekend learning why the schedule exists.
comment on small win: satiety stopped being a problem at week 25 in c/cagrilintide · 1 points · 1 year ago
amylin receptor distribution is different from GLP-1
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring telehealth at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/compounding · 1 points · 2 years ago
503B compounding is different from 503A, different rules, different legality

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
comment on [Vendor] WXT order #7 — the Netherlands, 3 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/tapering · 56 points · 2 years ago
tapering instructions are not welcome here
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for 503A posts in c/compounding · 187 points · 2 years ago
This is correct. The shortage list does expire and the rules change.
comment on someone explain UK to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/glp1uk · 48 points · 2 years ago
Strongly agree. tier 3 is region-specific.
comment on week 56 check-in — 46kg down, early fullness manageable, one thing confusing me in c/retatrutide · -37 points · 2 years ago
Yeah, phase 2 retatrutide is interesting but it is not comparable to phase 3 compounds.
comment on what would you tell week-1 you about private prescription in c/glp1uk · 27 points · 2 years ago
price posts need the date — UK pricing moves monthly
comment on plateau vs titration — genuinely asking which matters more in c/semaglutide · 32 points · 2 years ago
Hard agree. Week 34 me needed this. Week 83 me is nodding smugly.
comment on my ApoB moved and I cannot work out whether 503A is why in c/compounding · 29 points · 2 years ago
the shortage list is temporary, it ends and compounding becomes illegal again
comment on switched from 2.4mg to 1.7mg and the injection-site soreness got better, not worse in c/semaglutide · 56 points · 2 years ago
I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.
comment on what changed for me between week 65 and week 13 in c/retatrutide · 793 points · 2 years ago

Adding to this: dose escalation is doing more work than the comment implies.
comment on anyone else notice phase 2 kicking in around week 30 in c/retatrutide · 228 points · 2 years ago
the dosing is steep, the constipation reports are real, and nobody knows the human safety yet
comment on stalled for 7 weeks at 2.5mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/compounding · 1 points · 2 years ago
Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 20–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.
comment on anyone else notice UK kicking in around week 19 in c/glp1uk · 170 points · 2 years ago
Strongly agree. private prescription is region-specific.
comment on [Results] 51 weeks on 0.25mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/semaglutide · 625 points · 2 years ago
Every time this gets posted it hits the front page and every time someone has to re-explain it.
