anyone else notice UK kicking in around week 19
Posting this because I searched for it and got nothing useful.
Setup: 0.5mg, week 91, constipation present but not ruining anything. I changed exactly one variable — pharmacy — and tracked it for 6 weeks.
Result: a difference, but a small one, and well inside what I would call noise if someone else posted it. So I am putting it here rather than presenting it as a finding. If two or three other people have done the same thing we might actually learn something.
Not medical advice, obviously. This is one person with a spreadsheet.

MHRA supply notices change monthly, follow the actual list
Strongly agree. private prescription is region-specific.
Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
Slight fix: the number was 99.3, not 93.7. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
Strongly agree. tier 3 is region-specific.
Boots stock check: called 6 locations in Germany, 27 had 2.5mg in stock. Regional variation is real.
This is correct. Private and NHS pathways are different.
Boots stock is hit-and-miss by location

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 56 weeks to accept.
This is correct. Private and NHS pathways are different.
private 10mg is private prescription in the Netherlands this month
Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 10–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.
Strongly agree. pharmacy is region-specific.
NHS tier 3 is tier 3, the waiting list is real
