anyone else notice 2.4mg kicking in around week 45

Meta Receipts ×4 Clean Column ×2 Well Actually ×2

Week 32 update. 13kg down from the start, muscle cramps basically gone since about week 84.

Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with muscle cramps.

The part that surprised me is how much of this is admin. Ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody mentions that the hard bit is not the drug, it is the routine.

Happy to answer anything. Please do not ask me what dose you should be on.

Are you on a pen or research vial? Because the trajectory is different.

Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.

The thing nobody prepared me for was that the appetite does not come back for a long time after you stop.

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.

My the food-noise thing was worst at 10mg and better at 2.5mg, which makes no sense and I have stopped trying to explain it.

stalled at 2.4mg, went up, and regretted it, the stall would have broken anyway

Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.

This is what I tell everyone in c/newbiequestions and they never believe me until week 47.

nope, 0.25 counts, it is just not the dose most people stay on

This matches my experience almost exactly on the Ozempic pens. The titration is the whole point.

Disagree on that part. 93.7% and 99.3% on the same vial is normal.

I did the fast version. 0.25mg to 0.5mg in 23 weeks. Spent a weekend learning why the schedule exists.
