Been lurking in c/cryptopay for about 7 months and finally have something worth posting. Short version: week 90, 12.5mg, and metformin is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. Canada here. Waited 6 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.

Small correction: the trial was 13 weeks, not 39. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
