someone explain Wegovy to me like I have not read a paper in years

PSA Cold Box ×7 Sourced ×2 Long Haul ×2

I have had 16 orders now and I keep a table, so here is the honest summary rather than a vibe.

Material has been consistent. Communication has not. Shipping has varied by about 8 days on nominally the same lane, which matters more in summer than in February.

The independent number came back 93.7% against a claimed 98.6%, which I read as agreement rather than a discrepancy — inter-lab variance on this assay is a point or two either way and treating one lab as ground truth is how people end up in pointless arguments with vendors.

Batch number is in the comments. Ask if you want the method.

Removed a chain here. The rule is one line long and it is not negotiable.

Slight fix: the number was 98.7, not 98.6. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

week 65 and i am still not at maintenance, do not rush the ladder

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with 2.4mg, not with what you concluded.

What was the method? "HPLC" is a technique, not a method.

I am going to push back on this slightly.

What colour is the pen? Wegovy and Ozempic use different formulations.

week 37 on the pen, 8kg down, this is the answer

nope, 0.25 counts, it is just not the dose most people stay on

Did you test the vial you received or are we going off the vendor COA?

stalled at 1.0mg, went up, and regretted it, the stall would have broken anyway

Hard agree. Week 12 me needed this. Week 61 me is nodding smugly.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

okay but what dose of sema are you on

Not to be pedantic but semaglutide and Ozempic are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 93 weeks to accept.

Stalled at 1.7mg, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 96. Very nearly went up. Glad I did not.
