[Question] how do you actually verify dose escalation

Questionbranch of 12 comments

Quick one. Canada here. glucagon works very differently where I live than in the threads that dominate the front page, and I keep seeing people confidently given advice that simply does not apply outside the US. Specifics: the route I used took 4 weeks and cost roughly what I expected. The admin was worse than the…

TRIUMPH phase 2 showed 99.1% weight loss but the sulphur burps profile on the highest arm was rough. Phase 2 != phase 3.

I am going to push back on this slightly.

TRIUMPH data is phase 2, not phase 3, smaller n and shorter

Strongly agree. Heart rate escalation needs the actual data, not impressions.

the 0.5mg arm is different from 1.0mg, results do not transfer

Strongly agree.

Disagree on that part. 96.8% and 96.2% on the same vial is normal.

About c/retatrutide

Retatrutide: GIP/GLP-1/glucagon triple agonism, the TRIUMPH programme, and the fact that most people discussing it are handling research-grade material with no human-use approval anywhere. Dose-response, heart-rate signal, and the unusually steep phase-2 weight curves get argued about here weekly.
