comment on [Trial Data] TRIUMPH timeline — what we actually know vs what gets repeated in c/retatrutide · 82 points · 5 days ago

the 2.4mg arm is different from 0.5mg, results do not transfer

comment on came off reta after 14 weeks. here is the honest version. in c/retatrutide · 5 points · 11 days ago

the dosing is steep, the muscle cramps reports are real, and nobody knows the human safety yet

Strongly agree. NSV counts.

comment on the dose escalation thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/retatrutide · 11 points · 16 days ago

That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.

The glucagon component does different things than dual agonism. The fatigue are not just amplified versions.

Dose escalation on retatrutide is steeper and faster than on semaglutide. Do not assume the titration patterns transfer.

comment on [Results] 2 weeks, 6kg, and retatrutide was the hard part in c/retatrutide · 4 points · 18 days ago

This is correct. Triple agonism is genuinely different.

comment on [PSA] dose escalation is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/retatrutide · 2 points · 21 days ago

the glucagon component changes the side effect profile, not just the efficacy

Disagree on that part. 99.0% and 98.9% on the same vial is normal.

permalink

comment on [Question] how do you actually verify dose escalation in c/retatrutide · -34 points · 1 months ago

the 0.5mg arm is different from 1.0mg, results do not transfer

text removes the comparison trap

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

I am going to push back on this slightly.

comment on phase 2 — my 13-week log, condensed into one table in c/retatrutide · 131 points · 2 months ago

Which trial arm and what was the n?

permalink

comment on what would you tell week-1 you about discontinuation in c/tapering · 24 points · 2 months ago

Has anyone actually got this in writing, or is it forum lore at this point?

Disagree on that part. 99.0% and 98.9% on the same vial is normal.

tapering instructions are not welcome here

This is correct. Discontinuation data is real.

comment on my ALT moved and I cannot work out whether phase 2 is why in c/retatrutide · 40 points · 3 months ago

heart rate and dose escalation need actual measurements, not impressions

the 21 week discontinuation arm is the data
