[PSA] dose escalation is not what most of this community thinks it is

Discussion Well Actually ×6 Long Haul ×1

Right, the triple agonist question again, but with numbers this time.

I have 24 data points over 22 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it is chance, and boring enough that nobody is going to screenshot it, which is usually a good sign.

The thing I would flag for anyone new: the effect I am describing showed up at week 26, not week 75. People give up long before the interesting part.

Interested in whether this matches other people's logs or whether I am an outlier.

the 12.5mg arm is different from 15mg, results do not transfer

triple agonism is phase 2, do not generalise

triple agonism plus glucagon is a different physiological state than GIP/GLP-1 dual

Which trial arm and what was the n?

Strongly agree. Heart rate escalation needs the actual data, not impressions.

TRIUMPH phase 2 showed 98.7% weight loss but the constipation profile on the highest arm was rough. Phase 2 != phase 3.

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with triple agonist, not with what you concluded.

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.

Are you quoting phase 2 or is there phase 3 data now?

The heart rate signal in TRIUMPH is real and concerning. Higher doses had higher mean HR changes.

The glucagon component does different things than dual agonism. The fatigue are not just amplified versions.

Did you actually measure heart rate or is that a feeling?

Yeah, phase 2 retatrutide is interesting but it is not comparable to phase 3 compounds.

About c/retatrutide

Retatrutide: GIP/GLP-1/glucagon triple agonism, the TRIUMPH programme, and the fact that most people discussing it are handling research-grade material with no human-use approval anywhere. Dose-response, heart-rate signal, and the unusually steep phase-2 weight curves get argued about here weekly.
