ATTAIN — 3 things I got wrong before I got it right
Trying to settle this properly because the thread from last year went in circles.
The claim: small molecule matters. The counter-claim: it is measurement error. Both sides have been asserting it confidently for about 3 months without either producing anything.
What would actually settle it is 31 people measuring the same thing the same way. I have started; my numbers are below. They lean one way but not strongly enough for me to declare victory.
If you have data, post the data. If you have an opinion, flair it as an opinion.

The injection-site soreness was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.
Small correction: the trial was 3 weeks, not 3. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

Came off after 43 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.
Yeah, small molecule changes the whole game.
Yeah, small molecule changes the whole game.
Disagree on that part. 97.4% and 97.9% on the same vial is normal.
Has anyone actually got this in writing, or is it forum lore at this point?
This is correct. ATTAIN data is phase 15.
Yeah, small molecule changes the whole game.
Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 12–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.
small molecule, not a peptide, purity discussion is different
