[PSA] lowest effective dose is not what most of this community thinks it is
I have had 11 orders now and I keep a table, so here is the honest summary rather than a vibe.
Material has been consistent. Communication has not. Shipping has varied by about 14 days on nominally the same lane, which matters more in summer than in February.
The independent number came back 97.9% against a claimed 98.0%, which I read as agreement rather than a discrepancy — inter-lab variance on this assay is a point or two either way and treating one lab as ground truth is how people end up in pointless arguments with vendors.
Batch number is in the comments. Ask if you want the method.

lowest effective dose is lowest effective dose, find it or stay higher
state how long you have been at maintenance, week 6 is not maintenance
Did you stretch the dose interval?
The plateau is real and boring. 5 weeks at the same weight, then movement again. Patience was the intervention.
Regain on a taper is expected. 10% back over 14 weeks, which matches the discontinuation data. Planned for it.
No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.
state how long you have been at maintenance, week 7 is not maintenance
Slight fix: the number was 99.3, not 93.7. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
state how long you have been at maintenance, week 5 is not maintenance
Tried the lowest-effective approach. 1.7mg worked for 6 weeks, then cravings returned. 12.5mg was the actual floor.
weight moves within 24kg and that is normal
This is correct. Weight variance is normal at maintenance.
The plateau is real and boring. 42 weeks at the same weight, then movement again. Patience was the intervention.
What dose are you on?
the maintenance question changes at maintenance
weight moves within 21kg and that is normal
Maintenance for 3 months now. 5mg every 15 days, weight 15±3kg. Found the rhythm.
Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.
