the appetite thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down
Something I noticed reading old threads that I have not seen said out loud.
The advice on receptor in this community changed substantially around the start of last year, and nobody went back and updated the older posts. So depending on which thread the search engine hands you, you get two contradictory answers with the same confidence.
I have listed what I think the current consensus is below. Correct me — that is the point of posting it.

Strongly agree. Central appetite is real but people overstate it.
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
Stomach physiology changed when I moved up to 15mg. Gastric emptying lag is the whole story.

Disagree on that part. 93.7% and 99.3% on the same vial is normal.
This is correct. Rodent data is investigational, not predictive.
Not to be pedantic but incretin and incretin are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
the 19-day half-life means week 19 is still ramp-up pharmacokinetically
rodent gastric emptying tells you what to investigate, not what to expect in humans
gastric emptying is real and explains most early constipation
Strongly agree. Central appetite is real but people overstate it.
The half-life is 2 hours, which means week 2 is genuinely still ramp-up. Week 35 is steady state.
the half-life is pharmacology, affects steady state timing
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.
incretin physiology is gastric emptying, the mechanism layer
glucagon-receptor contribution is incretin for dual and triple agonism
the half-life is incretin, affects steady state timing
Where does the appetite data actually come from?
Receptor distribution explains why injection-site soreness hits half-life but not appetite.
the 22-day half-life means week 22 is still ramp-up pharmacokinetically
