Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

a round-robin on baseline integration would be genuinely useful

Disagree on that part. 99.0% and 98.9% on the same vial is normal.

This is correct. Rodent data is investigational, not predictive.

comment on three years of integration threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/hplc · 43 points · 4 months ago

The related substances profile is way more interesting than the main peak %. A 98% with 7 peaks is different from a 98% that is one 16% impurity.

the half-life is incretin, affects steady state timing

Disagree on that part. 98.7% and 98.3% on the same vial is normal.

the 4-day half-life means week 4 is still ramp-up pharmacokinetically

comment on LC-MS: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/hplc · 21 points · 6 months ago

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

Small correction: the trial was 22 weeks, not 31. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

related substances are where the story lives, not the main peak
