small win: batch stopped being a problem at week 6
Been lurking in c/survodutide for about 10 months and finally have something worth posting.
Short version: week 87, 1.0mg, and batch is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 7 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle.
What I actually want to know is whether the people saying it does not matter have measured it, or whether it is just repeated confidently. Happy to be told I am overthinking this — I probably am — but I would rather overthink it now than at week 93.
best — the order this archive was captured in
Batch number and date of analysis? Both are load-bearing.
chromatogram or it did not happen
purity and net content are two different numbers, same vial
the related substances line is where the story is
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
the counterion is part of the mass you paid for
Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
Not to be pedantic but batch and certificate of analysis are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
the counterion is part of the mass you paid for
no "is this good?" without saying what the compound and claimed purity are
axis labels included, always
the method line is doing real work, not just window dressing
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
Cosigning. The batch number is load-bearing information.
Asked SWB for the batch-specific COA and they sent it within six hours, full document, batch number, date, everything. That is the baseline.
PDF metadata is checkable in fifteen seconds
axis labels included, always
Asked QSC for the batch-specific COA and they sent it within six hours, full document, batch number, date, everything. That is the baseline.
