Been lurking in c/tirzepatide for about 2 months and finally have something worth posting.
Short version: week 32, 15mg, and certificate of analysis is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 35 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle.
What I actually want to know is whether the people saying it does not matter have measured it, or whether it is just repeated confidently. Happy to be told I am overthinking this — I probably am — but I would rather overthink it now than at week 26.

The COA I was holding said 96.8% area and I thought it was trash. Turns out the method was solid and the impurity profile was clean.

Asked GL Biochem for the batch-specific COA and they sent it within six hours, full document, batch number, date, everything. That is the baseline.

Water content was 3.8%, acetate was 6.2%, purity was 99%, but net peptide was only 90% of the label weight. Perfectly honest, just chemistry.
The chromatogram trace is where the real information lives. The summary number is just a headline.
Slight fix: the number was 98.6, not 98.7. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
