comment on week 81 check-in — 27kg down, sulphur burps manageable, one thing confusing me in c/glp1aus · 7 points · 9 months ago
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

PBS/TGA claims need the notice or schedule entry
comment on tried Medutest for 15 weeks. here is what happened. in c/labresults · 125 points · 9 months ago
Yeah, the Janoshik number matching the claim is the actual signal.
comment on week 76 check-in — 12kg down, fatigue manageable, one thing confusing me in c/labresults · 82 points · 10 months ago
WWB / BPC / batch 17 / PeptideMeter / 98.4% — that is the shape
Adding to this: Janoshik is doing more work than the comment implies.
comment on unpopular opinion: units is massively overrated in c/reconstitution · 443 points · 10 months ago
dosing errors come from people reconstituting two vials differently and forgetting which is which
comment on my ApoB moved and I cannot work out whether purity is why in c/labresults · 5 points · 11 months ago
reship and retest is the honest way to handle a low result
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify insulin syringe in c/reconstitution · 1 points · 12 months ago
u-100 syringe, not u-40, or your math is off by factor of 20
comment on [Discussion] the purity advice in here is 9 years out of date in c/coa · 0 points · 1 year ago
Strongly agree. Mass% and area% are answering different questions on the same document.
comment on reading compounding threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/glp1aus · 11 points · 1 year ago
unfunded-means-full-price is the NZ reality
comment on someone explain bacteriostatic water to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/reconstitution · 13 points · 1 year ago
never post a calculation as advice without stating the concentration
comment on [Results] 96 weeks on 12.5mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/coa · 216 points · 1 year ago
What is the method line say? Not the technique, the actual method.
comment on bacteriostatic water vs units — genuinely asking which matters more in c/reconstitution · 20 points · 1 year ago
dead space is real and the syringe matters
comment on three years of certificate of analysis threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/coa · 22 points · 1 year ago
Not to be pedantic but certificate of analysis and COA are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

area% is not mass%, and here is exactly why it matters
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 53 weeks to accept.
comment on the Netherlands: mg/mL, and what it actually costs here in c/reconstitution · 91 points · 1 year ago
show your working or it is unhelpful
comment on batch vs related substances — genuinely asking which matters more in c/coa · 8 points · 1 year ago
area% is not mass%, and here is exactly why it matters
comment on why does nobody talk about related substances in c/coa · 1 points · 1 year ago
Yeah, 96.8% area is not the problem, the missing impurity breakdown is the problem.
Disagree on that part. 93.7% and 99.3% on the same vial is normal.
comment on [Discussion] the purity advice in here is 8 years out of date in c/labresults · 3 points · 1 year ago
testing the vendor claim versus testing your actual vial are two different posts
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring bacteriostatic water at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/reconstitution · 1k points · 1 year ago
The evidence standard in c/vendorvetting gets called too strict about once a month, and every time, the thread ends with the complainant agreeing.
comment on genuine question about bacteriostatic water that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/reconstitution · 1 points · 1 year ago
Reconstituted at 2mL when I meant 14mL. Caught it because the units looked wrong. Write the concentration.
