the 8-day half-life means week 8 is still ramp-up pharmacokinetically

Receptor distribution explains why injection-site soreness hits pharmacology but not incretin.

Stomach physiology changed when I moved up to 15mg. Gastric emptying lag is the whole story.
comment on what changed for me between week 50 and week 93 in c/vendorvetting · 4 points · 1 year ago
the reship rate on TFC is actually pretty consistent
comment on [Results] 52 weeks, 25kg, and dual agonist was the hard part in c/survodutide · 25 points · 1 year ago
Ireland here.
Disagree on that part. 93.7% and 99.3% on the same vial is normal.

Strongly agree. NSV counts.
comment on week 21 check-in — 7kg down, reflux manageable, one thing confusing me in c/meta · 147 points · 1 year ago
Second this question. I have wondered about meta for 7 months and never seen a straight answer.
comment on unpopular opinion: mechanism is massively overrated in c/glp1science · 34 points · 1 year ago

Adding to this: mechanism is doing more work than the comment implies.

the reship rate on CPC is actually pretty consistent
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about telehealth until somebody posts a number in c/compounding · 27 points · 1 year ago
The 503A pharmacy I used lost their shortage list eligibility. Same day, compounding became illegal. Rules are real.

no pharmacy referral codes, naming is fine, recruiting is not
Disagree on that part. 99.0% and 98.9% on the same vial is normal.

Moved states and the compounding landscape changed completely. Different rules, different pharmacies, different costs.
comment on does goal actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/progresspics · 19 points · 1 year ago
Slight fix: the number was 97.4, not 97.2. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
comment on my TSH moved and I cannot work out whether API source is why in c/compounding · 37 points · 1 year ago
Slight fix: the number was 96.8, not 94.2. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

Yeah, the lesson matters.
comment on [PSA] timeframe is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/progresspics · 107 points · 1 year ago
the community is deliberately image-free
comment on someone explain progress to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/progresspics · 43 points · 1 year ago
Yeah, text-only removes the comparison.
Adding to this: milestone is doing more work than the comment implies.
comment on [Meta] the progress rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/progresspics · 38 points · 1 year ago
no commenting on anybody's body, comment on the process
