does goal actually matter or is it forum lore at this point

Discussion Clean Column ×4 Slow Clap ×3 Sourced ×3

Genuinely asking, not being difficult.

Everyone in c/glp1women repeats that struggle is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 13 threads of people agreeing with each other.

Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true because it has been repeated since 2023?

I am not trying to be the "source?" guy. I would just like a source.

This is correct. Process matters more than the number.

Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.

Second this question. I have wondered about non-scale victory for 19 months and never seen a straight answer.

Tracking number removed.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.

Slight fix: the number was 97.4, not 97.2. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

About c/progresspics

Progress posts with no images, by design. Starting point, current point, timeframe, dose history, what changed besides the scale. Text-only removes the comparison trap, the body-shaming pile-on and the entire question of who owns a photo of your torso.
