someone explain progress to me like I have not read a paper in years
Long-ish post, sorry. tl;dr at the bottom.
I have been tracking progress against ApoB for 35 weeks because I could not find anyone who had. The correlation is weaker than I expected, which is itself mildly interesting given how confidently people link the two in here.
Caveats up front: one person, one lab, one assay, no control, and I changed my training in the middle of it, which was stupid.
tl;dr: probably real, definitely smaller than the threads imply, and not worth reorganising your week around.

Stalled for 19 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 71.
Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with non-scale victory, not with what you concluded.
non-scale victories count, post them
Not to be pedantic but timeframe and milestone are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.
I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.
Maintenance for 5 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.
no images, none, not even redacted ones
Yeah, text-only removes the comparison.
The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.
the community is deliberately image-free
Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.
Week 86 for me and the honest summary is: 7kg down, the food-noise thing manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.
no commenting on anybody's body, comment on the process
non-scale victories count, post them
Which country? Half the answers in this thread only apply in Germany.
Yeah, text-only removes the comparison.
Adding to this: milestone is doing more work than the comment implies.
include timeframe and starting point or it is a brag with no info

the struggle change matters as much as the scale

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

What was the batch number and which service?
