Went to A&E convinced it was pancreatitis. Lipase normal. It was gallstones. Get checked, do not post and wait.

hair loss is real and usually reversible when you stabilize
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Mechanistically the bit that matters is non-scale victory. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.
