integration decision on a shoulder changes your number by half a point on its own
comment on my ferritin moved and I cannot work out whether contraception is why in c/glp1women · 11 points · 1 year ago
PCOS and insulin resistance
Disagree on that part. 98.1% and 98.3% on the same vial is normal.

comment on anyone else notice 2.4mg kicking in around week 20 in c/semaglutide · 21 points · 1 year ago
nope, 0.25 counts, it is just not the dose most people stay on
comment on week 96 check-in — 26kg down, fatigue manageable, one thing confusing me in c/hplc · -17 points · 1 year ago
Yeah, the chromatogram profile matters more than the headline number.

comment on [Results] 67 weeks, 36kg, and plateau was the hard part in c/semaglutide · 88 points · 1 year ago
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
comment on [Vendor] KP vs BCH on the same compound, same month, one test each in c/semaglutide · 1k points · 1 year ago
Not to be pedantic but weekly dosing and semaglutide are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
comment on [Vendor] KP vs BCH on the same compound, same month, one test each in c/semaglutide · 365 points · 1 year ago
Yeah, 18 weeks on 2.5mg, same pattern, same timing.
comment on [Meta] the excursion rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/coldchain · 232 points · 1 year ago
Denmark to Denmark takes 7 days on average, variance is 30 days
comment on unpopular opinion: integration is massively overrated in c/hplc · 50 points · 1 year ago
the gradient is doing the separation work, not the column alone
comment on switched from 10mg to 7.5mg and the fatigue got better, not worse in c/hplc · 217 points · 1 year ago
Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 23–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify fertility in c/glp1women · 0 points · 1 year ago
Small correction: the trial was 9 weeks, not 16. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
comment on anyone else notice SURPASS kicking in around week 19 in c/trialwatch · 31 points · 1 year ago
This is correct. Discontinuation arms show the regain reality.
comment on help me understand PCOS, I have read the wiki twice in c/glp1women · 88 points · 1 year ago
This is correct. PCOS is real.
comment on help me understand PCOS, I have read the wiki twice in c/glp1women · 43 points · 1 year ago
the cycle tracking data matters, keep it private
comment on week 16 check-in — 11kg down, the food-noise thing manageable, one thing confusing me in c/coldchain · 26 points · 1 year ago
Customs clearance took 4 days. Package sat unrefrigerated during that. Powder tested clean after, reconstituted solution probably would not have.
