REDEFINE phase 3 readouts are interesting but 3 person REDEFINE is different from 3 trial REDEFINE.

Yeah, the incretin mechanism is doing the work here.

Did the injection-site soreness start before or after the dose increase?

Strongly agree. Central appetite is real but people overstate it.

cloned storefronts use old images, search for those

comment on what would you tell week-1 you about REDEFINE in c/cagrilintide · 223 points · 11 months ago

The research community is small on cagrilintide. Forum lore changes faster than data.

comment on week 21 check-in — 27kg down, sulphur burps manageable, one thing confusing me in c/glp1eu · 21 points · 12 months ago

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with mechanism, not with what you concluded.

Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.

the glucagon component changes the side effect profile, not just the efficacy

comment on what would you tell week-1 you about constipation in c/sideeffects · 4 points · 1 year ago

Strongly agree. Describe your dose, your week number, and your titration speed or nobody can help.

permalink

comment on why does nobody talk about dose escalation in c/retatrutide · 15 points · 1 year ago

Dose escalation on retatrutide is steeper and faster than on semaglutide. Do not assume the titration patterns transfer.
