21 months in and sulphur burps is still the thing I get wrong
Long-ish post, sorry. tl;dr at the bottom.
I have been tracking hair loss against ApoB for 35 weeks because I could not find anyone who had. The correlation is weaker than I expected, which is itself mildly interesting given how confidently people link the two in here.
Caveats up front: one person, one lab, one assay, no control, and I changed my training in the middle of it, which was stupid.
tl;dr: probably real, definitely smaller than the threads imply, and not worth reorganising your week around.
best — the order this archive was captured in
early fullness at 10mg is different from 5mg
Same experience. Week 90 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.
nausea on day 2 is normal, nausea after week 38 is worth checking
severe abdominal pain is an urgent-care question, not a forum question
This is correct. The nausea is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.
severe abdominal pain is an urgent-care question, not a forum question
Did the injection-site soreness start before or after the dose increase?
Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with heart rate, not with what you concluded.
hair loss is real and usually reversible when you stabilize
Yeah, the sulphur burps hit on day 5 for me too, not day 1.
No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.
Yeah, the sulphur burps hit on day 5 for me too, not day 1.
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
IANAD and neither is anyone upvoting this
I am going to push back on this slightly.
nausea on day 2 is normal, nausea after week 79 is worth checking
How many weeks in are you? 22 weeks is noise, 11 weeks is a trend.
Are you on a pen or research vial? The formulation changes the profile.
nausea on day 2 is normal, nausea after week 74 is worth checking
I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.
sulphur burps are disgusting but not dangerous, 20 weeks and they stopped
constipation is real, boring, and fixable
week 51 and the constipation is finally getting better

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
Strongly agree. Describe your dose, your week number, and your titration speed or nobody can help.
Is that before or after you stabilized your nausea?
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
the reflux passes. i promise. not medical advice.
Not convinced.
Adding to this: heart rate is doing more work than the comment implies.
