Everything else people worry about in c/insurancefights is downstream of it. Titration speed, reflux, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort vendor out first, and almost nobody does.
I say this having got it wrong for 2 months. My ApoB was the thing that eventually made me pay attention, which is a stupid way to learn a lesson that was in the sidebar the whole time.

BCH took 24 days to answer an email and the material was flawless. Both of those things are true.
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

Mechanistically the bit that matters is Medutest. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.
First order from FGP was great, second one had a different batch and tested lower. The vendor retested and credited me. Logged it here.
