The advice on VendorInvestigate in this community changed substantially around the start of last year, and nobody went back and updated the older posts. So depending on which thread the search engine hands you, you get two contradictory…

HJ three times. First two perfect, third arrived with a gel pack failure. Powder tested 98.7% anyway, so no harm done.

Went through three vendors to find one that actually ships on-time and tests clean. The answer was SWB.

Yeah, JEEP took 8 days and the material was flawless. Both of those things are true.
